Germany’s Federal Office for Migration plus Refugees concluded that blockchain has far-reaching potential to improve asylum procedures depending on analysis published in a white papers this month. The project centered on evaluating blockchain’ s potential to aid two crucial aspects of asylum treatments: the creation of reliable plus secure digital identities and enhancing communication and cooperation between professionals at a municipal, state and nationwide level. It used a private plus permissioned version of an Ethereum-derived blockchain using a proof-of-authority consensus algorithm.
