GIMP is an open source alternative to Photoshop, and its functioning is fluid. They accept Bitcoin. So there’s a chance that XMR may soon have better adoption in the future.

DEFCON is a meetup similar to E3l; only instead of gamers, its a gathering of hackers from across the world. Much of Monero’s fans hail from the dark side of the Internet; these folks are committed to their work. However, cryptojacking has sped up in recent times. The malware called Smominru now hunts user data as well, along with using a target’s device to mine XMR coins.
The #MoneroVillage at #Defcon27 welcomes Justin Ehrenhofer (@JEhrenhofer), organizer of the Monero Community Workgroup, for their talk: “Monero’s Release Schedule: We Can Do Better.” Watch the livestream here:https://t.co/siuwXl7R72 pic.twitter.com/HLzOQTLrBP

So far, the Ichimoku Cloud [from 30th July onward] has been red. On 7th August, the daily RSI [for 10 periods] was near the 70 mark, but has since gone down. For now, the Relative Strength Index is at 55.62. Although, the peaks for the Awesome Oscillator remain green and above the zero line, indicating that the bulls haven’t given up.
Support for XMR exists near $76.9, whereas resistance will be felt close to the $98.22 mark if the coin manages to surge beyond expectations.
